The concept of copyright surely must be revised. I am not referring to the laws or the method by which to enforce these laws, certainly not a secondary issue, but the basic idea of \u200b\u200bwhat really do we mean by intellectual property.

Obviously the first thought goes to the various Kazaa, Emule about downloading the music but in reality the problem is more ambitious. Think of YouTube for example. To what extent can protect their intellectual property? We try to completely remove everything that comes from television and the cinema (obviously), but for example, what about a garage band of guys who show their skills in playing a piece of the Beatles? We make the payment of fees? And those who show their skills the piano playing a famous soundtrack? Let's talk about karaoke? Or the photos of their favorite singer with musical background? Or DJs showing their ability to mix tracks than others?

It is obvious that we must decide to what extent it is lawful and can expect to be paid for their idea. Let me be clear even to the contrary, the videos shown below are in fact an example of how the contamination may go in both directions.

The first video is a YouTube classic. A girl takes a photo of the same every day. Now came the parodies until you get to that shown in the Simpsons television.
